Another beautiful carving on the same rock. The Mahishasura the demon king is being killed by the Goddess Parvati. After the incident she was named as Mahishasura Mardini. The story was very beautifully carved by the Mahabalipuram sculptures. I was amazed.

This is the Image taken in the cave located at Araku. a place in the Easter Ghat region just 100 Kms. from Visakhapatnam , Andhra Pradesh India. This is a place worth paying a visit. It is located 4200 feet above MSL. These caves are lime stone caves beautifully arranged by stalactites and stalagmites. These caves are first invented by a British Engineer when he is planning to lay the Rail way track over the small hillock. These are very ethnic places for the viewers. The Bridge at Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh seen from a location at Pushkara Ghat, gives an amazing view of the location. Rajahmundry previously it is as Rajhmahendravaram in the History is today a place to visit. It is 450 Kms from Hyderabad the capital of Andhapradesh one of the known States in India. The city is located besides the river Godavary which is other wise called as Dakshina Ganga. This city is rather a city of Temples and shrines of historical importence. Rajahamundry is known for its beautiful land scapes.
